So this is the book that we're going to be talking about today. It's titled The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, and it's a leadership

Caroline Thomson:

Mm-hmm.

fable. And so, yeah, so first of all, how did you, like when I told you about this thing that I'm doing, instantly you said, well, it's got to be the five dysfunctions of a team. That's the book that I would bring to the table. What is it about this book that really resonated with you?

Caroline Thomson:

This book has followed me throughout my career, to be honest. It's been like a sidekick of mine. And I was first introduced to it when I spoke to a coach. This was back in like 2008 about the team dynamics that one of my clients was going through. And we introduced this book in the team and it was transformational because it really walks you through how to avoid the dysfunctions of the team. So fast forward now to 2023, I have the pleasure of leading sessions, leading workshops with teams where we go through the five dysfunctions of a team and help redesign
